Advisory Committee]
Town Commission meetings occur twice each month, a regular or voting meeting is held on the first Monday at 7:00 PM and a workshop or discussion meeting is held on the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 PM. Calendars are posted on the Meetings & Minutes page of the Town’s Web site. Minutes for Town Commission voting meetings are approved by the Commission at the following regular meeting and will be posted prior to approval. Workshop or discussion meeting minutes will be posted as they are completed.

Planning & Zoning Board Minutes
Planning & Zoning Board meetings usually occur once each month on the third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 AM. The Meetings & Minutes page provides the calendar and minutes for one calendar year. Agendas will be replaced with minutes when they are completed.

Code Enforcement Board Minutes
Code Enforcement Board meetings are held each month on the second Monday of each month at 10:00 AM when there are pending cases for Board consideration. Meetings and minutes are posted on the town’s Web site for one calendar year.
Zoning Board of Adjustment Minutes
Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 9:30 AM. The Meetings & Minutes page provides the meeting schedule and a Memorandum is posted if the meeting is cancelled. Meetings are cancelled when there are no issues for consideration. Minutes will replace the agendas as they are available.

The CCAC is no longer an active committee as of 03-19-04. These minutes are for reference information only.
Water Advisory Committee Minutes
