TOWN OF LONGBOAT KEY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

JANUARY 18, 2018

(QUASI-JUDICIAL)

 

 

The Town of Longboat Key Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, on January 18, 2018, at the Town Commission Chambers, 501 Bay Isles Road, Longboat Key, Florida to consider the following:

 

PETITION #PV17-0001 by R. Wayne MacKinnon, property owner, requesting Variances from Town Code Sections 158.145, 158.127(G) and 158.069 of the Town of Longboat Key Code of Ordinances, to: 1) reduce the rear setback from 20 feet to 3.9 feet; 2) increase lot coverage from 35 percent to 47.36 percent; and 3) increase open space from 50 percent to 56.86 percent, for property located at 3322 Bayou Road.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  This hearing will be held in accordance with established quasi-judicial procedures.
