Business Community Survey Closing February 25, 2026! 

In addition to our annual Citizen Survey, the Town is excited to announce the launch of a Business Community Survey this year!

If you are a registered business with a permanent location on Longboat Key, you should receive a survey invitation by mail. The letter will include your unique access code, participation instructions, and a QR code to access the survey.

Mailing timeline:
Business survey mailers are expected to arrive around Monday, January 12. If you have not received your letter by January 15, please contact customer service to request an access code:

How to take the survey:
• Scan the QR code in your letter
• Use the short, easy web link provided in the letter

Customer Service Support:
The customer service line (941) 404-8332 is already updated for the 2026 surveys. When you call, you’ll hear instructions to leave a message with your access code, name, and Longboat Key business address. A team member will respond within 24–48 hours. You may also text this number and receive a reply.

About the survey:
• Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete
• Should be completed by one owner or manager per business

Your feedback is important and will help inform future policies and programs aimed at strengthening Longboat Key’s business community.
