The 2026 Citizen Survey will be closing February 25, 2026!
The Town’s 2026 Citizen Survey arrived in mailboxes this January. Please be on the lookout for a letter that includes your unique access code and instructions on how to participate.
Property Owners:
Mailers are expected to arrive around Monday, January 12. If you have not received yours by January 15, please contact customer service to request an access code: (941) 404-8332
How to take the survey:
• Use the QR code in your letter
• Type the short, easy web link provided in the letter

The customer service line is (941) 404-8332. When you call, you’ll hear a greeting with instructions to leave a message including your access code, name, and LBK property address. A team member will respond within 24–48 hours. You may also text this number and receive a reply.
